HKE, Society's I.T.I. Kamalapur was inaugurated on 18-10-1986. This Institue is located at Kamlapur village, 35 km away from Kalaburagi on Bidar - Sri Rangapatna Highway, It was inaugurated by Sri. H.T. Krishnappa, Minister for Excise, Health & Family welfare, Govt. Of Karnataka.
Sri. Basavaraj Patil Anwari, minister for Agriculture and Horticulture, Govt of Karnataka was the Chief guest and Sri. Raghavendra Manvikar I.A.S. ( Director of Employment & Training Dept) was present on the occation, Sri. Basavarajappa Appa, then president of H.K.E. Society was Presided over the inaugurated ceremony.
