About Us

HKE, Society’s I.T.I. Kamalapur was inaugurated on 18-10-1986. This Institue is located at Kamlapur village, 35 km away from Kalaburagi on Bidar – Sri Rangapatna Highway, It was inaugurated by Sri. H.T. Krishnappa, Minister for Excise, Health & Family welfare, Govt. Of Karnataka.

Sri. Basavaraj Patil Anwari, minister for Agriculture and Horticulture, Govt of Karnataka was the Chief guest and Sri. Raghavendra Manvikar I.A.S. ( Director of Employment & Training Dept) was present on the occation, Sri. Basavarajappa Appa, then president of H.K.E. Society was Presided over the inaugurated ceremony.

The foundation stone for the construction of new building was laid by Sri. Shankarshetty R. Patil, Ex M.L.A. of Kamalapur on 27-02-2001, in 8 Acre 9 guntas of land besides Bidar-Sri Rangapatna highway. Dr. B.G. Jawali, then president of H.K.E. Society’s presided over the function.

This Institute is recognized by Govt. Of Karnataka and Permanently affiliated to N.C.V.T. ( National Council for Vocational Training) New Delhi. 26 Posts ( Teaching & Non-Teaching) are approved by Govt. of Karnataka for salary grant.

After successful completion of training in different trades so many students got employment in various central Government, State Government, Private & Multinational Companies in major cities of our country.
